Safety First!!!

Students were welcomed back to Bethel Elementary this week with a quick review of playground and bus rules.  P.E. teachers Cyndi Blankenship and Beth Swanger reviewed playground etiquette and how to stay safe while having fun on Bethel’s playground equipment so that students could maximize their recess time each week.  Guidance Counselor Tracy Fowler and Media Specialist Diana Gray, both of whom are bus drivers at BES, reminded students of the rules and procedures for bus riders.  Safety is always the number one concern at Bethel, so starting the year off with a review of how to stay safe was important to teachers at staff.
