The Waynesville Kiwanis visited Bethel Elementary’s third graders to bring them a nice surprise last week. Each student was presented with a student dictionary of their own. Third grade teachers will use these dictionaries throughout the year to increase students’ vocabulary and teach them how to accurately find definitions and pronunciations. A big is Bethel thank you goes out to the Kiwanis for all of their support and encouragement given to all students in Haywood County!
