3rd Grade Literacy Night!

Third grade students and parents participated in Text Structure Literacy Night at Bethel Elementary.  Students and parents visited stations set up by the third grade teachers to learn about all of the different text structures they would be seeing in non fiction this year.  Parents and children were given book marks to show all of the different graphic organizers they would be using to organize their thoughts to help them better understand what they read.  After the parent night, the students entertained the crowd with the musical program, “Our Town, Our World.” It was a wonderful time of learning and music.
