Kawanis Club of Waynesville holds a 5th grade Spelling Bee every year. Every 5th grade class in the county has their own team. Bethel Elementary had 5 teams of 4 students on each team. 5th grade teachers held classroom Spelling Bees to choose their teams. While none of the BES teams won, everyone had a great time with friendly competition!
