Upcoming Events and Dates

Here is a list of most of the events (and some other things) we have going on this semester. I’m sure there will be things added to this list and some of these dates may have to change due to weather, but this is what we’ve got planned at this moment.

Thursday, 2/27/20: Dan the Animal Man will be here during the school and back in the evening for another show (Time TBA)

Tuesday, 2/25/2020: 2nd grade Music Program 6:30 pm

Thursday, 2/27 & Friday, 2/28: 2nd grade Field Trip to Asheville Science Museum (half on one day, others on the next day)

3/2-6/2020: Dr. Seuss Week (more info later from PTO)

Whole month of March is Reading Month: more info coming soon

Thursday, 3/19/2020: Family Night of Code 5:30 pm

Tuesday, 3/24/2020: 3rd grade Music Program 6:30 pm

Mid March – late March (exact dates TBA): 27 week Benchmark Assessments for 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade

4/1-3/2020: 5th grade DC Trip

4/6-10/2020: Spring Break

4/15-17/2020: 5th grade AIG Space Camp Trip

4/20-24/2020: Spring Book Fair (Muffins for Moms one morning this week TBA)

Tuesday, 4/28/2020: Kindergarten Music Program (time TBA)

4/29-5/13: K-2 Math Assessment Window

Friday, 5/1/2020: PTO Ms. Arty Pants Painting Party 3-5 pm
