Summer Reading Challenge

Region A Partnership for Children is kicking off their Summer Reading Challenge to encourage families to read with their kids this summer.  I hope you will check out this link that Murat has crafted for us and share it with families, colleagues and friends.  https://rapc.org/readtoday/

The idea is for families in all seven of our counties to encourage their kids (caregivers) to access the link and tell us about their reading experiences each day so that we can count them in on our Book Challenge. Even books read to the kids counts!!!

We hope it will be fun for kids and families alike and will be a way for us to promote the importance of reading together every day.  You will see from the site that we’ll be announcing at the end of the summer which county had the greatest numbers of reading days.
