Congrats to Two Awesome Ladies

We are blessed to have the best people in the world that work at Bethel Elementary. Our staff votes each year on a Teacher and Teacher Assistant of the Year and those folks are celebrated all year long.

This year our Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Mandy Allen. She is also the Haywood County Schools Teacher of the Year winner for this year. Mrs. Allen teaches 5th grade, is married to our PE teacher (Mr. Brandon Allen) and has two kids of her own (Avery is in 6th grade at BMS and Eli is in 2nd grade here at BES).

Our Teacher Assistant of the Year is Mrs. Amber Messer. She has been a TA here for three years in Mrs. Downs’ 1st grade classroom. Her husband’s name is Anthony Messer and she has two awesome kids (Addison is in 8th grade at BMS and Arley is a 5th grader here at BES).

Both of these ladies are active in our Bethel community and are great mama bears in addition to being vital assets to our school. When you see these ladies, give them a high five or a hug and tell them how much we love them at Bethel Elementary:)
