- This is a whole family event. It is NOT a drop off event. All students MUST have an adult onsite who is responsible for them.
- We need for each K-2 student to bring a big bag of candy to school sometime this week and each 3-5 student bring a store bought cake. The candy will be used as game prizes and the cakes will be used in the cake walk. These items can be brought to the office or turned in to the teacher.
- There will be many games for folks to participate in (both indoors and outdoors). (Bingo, cake walk, duck pond, velcro darts, tricycle races, bean bag toss, ring toss, ga ga ball, and many others.)
- There will be inflatables in the gym.
- Food trucks include Harvest Moon Crepes, Fat Bellies, Holy Cow, Coffee Container, and Budgie’s Bakeshop.
- We will have Waynesville Pizza Company pizza for purchase in the cafeteria.
- Snacks include popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy.
- 50/50 tickets will be sold for $1 each or 6 for $5.
- We have silent auction items from over 30 businesses and/or individuals. These items will be in the music room for folks to view and place bids. Bids will be taken until 7:45 pm.
- Bluegrass music by Doug and Lisa Jernigan will be in the cafeteria throughout the evening.
- Legacy Dance Center will be performing in the auditorium at 5:30 and 6:30.
- There are two ways to participate in the games and inflatables, etc. wristbands and tickets. A wristband can be purchased for $25. The wristband gives unlimited access to inflatables and games as well as one popcorn, one snow cone, and one cotton candy (or any combination of 3 of those items). Wristbands can be pre-purchased at bethelspringfling.com Students whose parents have pre-purchased wristbands will have it on their wrist when they come home from school on Friday. If you’re pre-purchasing additional wristbands, we will send those home with the students on Friday as well. Wristbands can be bought at the event with cash.
- Tickets will be sold in bundles of 5 for $1 each. Each game costs 1 ticket and popcorn, snow cones, and cotton candy cost 1 ticket each as well. (FYI…the wristband is the best value!)
