Kindergarten Registration

If you know anyone that wasn’t able to make it to the registration, please encourage them to come by the office at school and register. Items that we have to have on file for each kindergartener:

• Original birth certificate
• Proof of residency– a bill or document with your name and address on it
• Health Assessment/ Immunization records
• Copy of legal guardian’s driver license
