School Closing Alert for October 7 – October 11

October 4, 2024 – Haywood County Schools will be closed from Monday, October 7, 2024 to Friday, October 11, 2024 for all staff and students. Next week will be No Days for all staff and students.  Free meals will continue to be served from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday at Jonathan Valley Elementary School and Bethel Elementary School for students 18 years and under.  On Monday, October 14th, Haywood County Schools will be closed for students.  This is an Optional Workday for staff. Tuesday, October 15th will be a Two Hour Delay for students.  Beginning Wednesday, October 16th, Haywood County Schools will return to regular schedule.—
