First Day of School – Monday, August 17th

  • Early Dismissal: 12:30 PM
    • Please make sure your child knows how they are getting home.
    • For lower grades, be sure your child’s teacher also knows their transportation plan.
  • Car Line Reminders:
    • Thank you for your patience — we average 250–300 cars daily.
    • The first day will be busy and slower than usual.
    • Keep the smiles, waves, and positive attitudes coming — it makes a difference!
  • Arrival & Drop-Off:
    • I will be at the front door welcoming students on the first day.
    • Teachers will be on car line duty to assist students.
    • Families may walk in their child on the first day only.
    • Starting August 18th, all students should be dropped off at the door.
  • Classroom & Teacher Contact:
    • Teachers begin instruction as soon as students arrive.
    • If you’d like to schedule a conference, please contact your child’s teacher by email or Remind.
  • Extra Support:
    • Several additional staff members will be on hand to help students find their classrooms.
